3 Days Private Ice Festival Tour Description 2024-2025 Harbin
Day 1 Arrival/Harbin
Your guide and driver will meet you at Harbin airport and then escort you to the hotel to check in. In the evening visit Ice Lantern Show at Zhaolin Park, It is origianl place for ice festival since 1963, you will watch delicate ice art works,and different ligjts in ice building.(ice lantern festival usually open 1 st of January, if you come not open find another place instead)
Day 2 Harbin
Sites visited: Siberian Tiger Park,Snow Sculpture Art Expo at Sun Island, Harbin Ice and Snow World
Tour description: Your guide and driver will meet you at your hotel lobby at 9:00am firstly you will make an safari-style adventure in the Siberian Tiger Park. Siberian Tiger Park located on the north bank of the Songhua River. It is the largest natural park for wild Siberian tigers of China, even in the world. There are over 500 Siberian tigers this park. Here you can see wild tigers closely and take some fantastic photos.
Then drive to Sun Island Scenic Area (Tai Yang Dao). When it comes to winter the island will be covered by thick snow and there will be a world-famous snow sculpture show: International Snow Sculpture Art Expo. There are various of massive, huge snow sculptures which is so impressive and amazing.
In the evening you will go to visit Harbin Ice and Snow World. Located on the north bank of the Songhua River, the Ice and Snow Amusement World is a major attraction of Harbin Interactional Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival dunging the winter. There are full of awesome ice and snow sculptures created by artists from all around world. Kind note that please wear enough layers of proper clothes and warm shoes to keep you away form the freeze especially when you want to stay there longer to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Day 3 Harbin/Departure
Sites visited: Winter Swimming Watching, Ice Activities St. Sofia Church, Central Street
Tour description: After breakfast,you can take part in some ice activities, such as ice sloping, ice boating or watch winter swimming performance etc. after this will escort you to visit the Harbin St Sophia Cathedral church, with Byzantine style and meaning of 'God's wisdom' for name, look so beautiful as if it had been made by God's hands. The church's original shape and Latin cross footprint was preserved during reconstruction. It was first built in 1907 and rebuilt into brick and wood structure in 1921. It is the largest Orthodox Church in the Far East.
The central street is the second site today. The Central Street, also known the Zhongyang Street, which was originally built in 1898 when there were abundant of Russian business man in Harbin, China. The Central Street is considered as the architectural art galley: Baroque and byzantine lining both sides, It's a good place to see architectural styles as well as for shopping and tasty cuisine. after these you will be transferred to airport.
